Training is very important to Identity – both internally and externally. We host regular staff training sessions to boost technical skills and knowledge, and digital marketing training for clients plays a major role in our strategy.

While we’re more than happy to wholly manage your digital marketing campaigns, our philosophy has always been that “teaching a man to fish” results in a better outcome for all parties. Accordingly, we provide digital marketing training and digital marketing workshops to help clients benefit from our expertise.

Staff Training

We provide digital marketing training for clients in the use of social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat), email marketing, content marketing, cost per click (CPC), e-commerce, lead generation and brand management.

We are able to offer one-to-one or one-to-many training sessions on a standalone or regular basis. These can be hosted at our offices in Eastbourne or at the client’s location of choice.


We launched our digital marketing workshops in 2015 and they have been a huge success with clients. We provide introductory workshops in social media, email marketing and content marketing, and these are complemented by our more “hands on” advanced workshops which focus on specific platforms or tools. The workshops take place in a relaxed, friendly environment and are packed full of actionable insights and takeaways.
